Gary Horn

We formed Horn Solutions in 2008 because we are passionate about helping our clients succeed and providing an exceptional workplace for our employees.

Horn Solutions’ management and employees are hands-on in the delivery of outstanding and affordable services in accounting, finance, technology, outsourcing, human resources, administrative and supply chain to our clients.  We work to understand our clients’ cultures and needs, and to be their firm of choice to meet challenges.

 

We want our employees to enjoy coming to work and take satisfaction in providing exceptional service to our clients. We believe that our diverse work force brings diverse ideas and approaches to meet client needs.

 

We established a predecessor company in 1987 to focus on project management alternatives and experienced economical staffing at a time when outsourcing was still in its infancy. We have grown along with this niche market and designed our model to fill the void between the national consulting firms and the commoditized staffing firms.

 

While we have adapted our model to the changing market and competition, our core values have not changed. We value our clients and employees and believe that high moral and ethical values are critical to success.

 

Serving clients and employees, and enjoying work is truly a blessing.
