Joey Ricci is an experienced practice manager with over 17 years of experience specializing in the Accounting and Finance consulting industry. He started his career in the industry in 2003. After progressively being promoted, he joined Horn Solutions at its inception in 2008. He started in the Executive Search Division as the practice manager, where he built a strong and successful practice. In 2017, he moved to be the manager of Horn’s Strategic Accounting and Finance Consulting Division, where he has been instrumental in its success. He has experience building strong relationships with top level executives and enjoys assisting Accounting and Finance professionals in the Houston market find new opportunities. He has been able to build an outstanding team that concentrates on making sure both the client and the candidate have a great experience when they decide to work with Horn Solutions. Besides being a phenomenal recruiter and client services manager, Joey has strong Texas roots and enjoys spending time with his family.
