Kelly Horn is a successful manager providing companies worldwide staffing and project solutions with seasoned accounting and finance professionals to seamlessly work in our client’s environment and delivery results on time and on budget.

Kelly received a BS from Texas Christian University in 1987. After college, she worked with the buying offices for Neiman Marcus before starting her career in sales and recruiting. In 1996 Kelly served as COO of Strategic Staffing, a division of Horn Wallace Cole and continued working for the successor company until 2007.

As a partner at Horn Solutions, Kelly serves as vice president and works closely with the day to day operation ensuring our clients receive excellent service and our staff work in an environment that provides professional growth and opportunity, creativity, comradery and gratification.
