Ashley Mohan is a thoughtful, servant leader with a background in Business Strategy and Finance. Starting her career with multinational yacht distributor Sunseeker International, she gained exposure to private equity leading strategic initiatives for G4 Investments. After spending 6 years being a road-warrior and leading direct-to-consumer strategy for TOMS Shoes, she consulted for Brinker International where she developed a passion for partnering with clients on initiative-based projects. Ashley joined Horn Solutions in May 2019, and is the ‘glue that keeps everything together.’ No two days are the same and she finds incredible joy providing resources to deliver client engagements on-time and on-budget.
