Charles is a highly accomplished professional with over 30 years experience in oil gas operations with extensive exposure to M&A Accounting, Internal Audit, and Revenue accounting, with an emphasis on revenue related audits, merger and acquisition audits, and measurement, security and safety audits. He has a broad exposure to oil and gas operations and has successfully managed numerous gas plant, oil facility, offshore platform and production area audits in the US, Canada, Egypt, North Sea, Argentina and Chile. Charles has led, or participated in, over $35 Billion of energy acquisitions and integrations. He joined Horn Solutions in May 2013 and helped lead the firm’s M&A and BPO practices. Charles is an excellent communicator and has worked effectively with individuals at all organizational levels. His interests outside of the office include golfing, fishing, attending sporting events and spending quality time with family and friends.
